GRIT BLASTING

Our Jet Air VM55 Blaster Cabinet and advanced blasting systems deliver exceptional surface finishes to meet even the most demanding requirements.
 

Capabilities:

  • Pressure Blasting: Ideal for components up to 1160mm x 905mm x 800mm.

  • Suction Blasting: Accommodates parts up to 4 meters in length and 210mm in diameter via infeed/outfeed doors.

  • Blast Media: We use White Aluminium Oxide (106-150 microns) for a fine finish to SA3 standards, ensuring surfaces are primed for phosphating or other treatments.

  • Tank Dimensions: 1850mm x 400mm x 450mm for efficient processing of various components.

  • Class 1 Coating Weight: Up to 7.5g per square meter for enhanced durability.

  • Dewatering Oil Sealant: Provides additional protection post-phosphating.
