SERVICE GUIDELINES

Onyx’s Standard Services run from a Monday through to a Thursday each week (except bank holidays).

Any product(s) delivered/collected on a Thursday and Friday until 14:00GMT will be complete and ready for delivery/collection on a Monday PM.

Onyx aims to provide a 24-hour turnaround if your product(s) are in house by 14:00GMT.

Onyx can provide an Express Same-Day Turnaround which will be available only upon request.

Onyx can provide a Pick-Up and Delivery Service. This will be available from a Monday through to Friday with latest pick-up from customer being 14:00GMT. A delivery charge may be incurred based on individual circumstances.

Onyx charges £80 Minimum per basket

Dimensions of the basket are 500mm Width x 500mm Length

Safe Working Load of 250KG

Depending on the size of your product(s) we have a policy of 25 pieces maximum per basket.

If your product(s) require Grit Blasting, you will be charged separately.

If your product(s) require any additional treatments, you will be charged accordingly following discussion with yourselves prior to the further services being carried out.

Depending on the size of your product(s) we have a policy of 15 pieces maximum per basket.

If your product(s) require Grit Blasting, you will be charged separately.

If your product(s) require any additional treatments, you will be charged accordingly following discussion with yourselves prior to the further services being carried out.

Onyx also offers Steam Cleaning as an individual service. You will be charged for this service at £60p/h. Thereafter you will be charged at 30-minute intervals. Note: Minimum charge £60 p/h.
